When we got to my destination, they would not take my credit card and demanded cash. I didn't have cash on me and couldn't get to a bank since it was so late. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I recently used Bruno's team for a simple move that only took 2 hours. When I spoke with Bruno back in April I told him it was a 2 hour move, he said fine, but we have a minimum 3 hour charge, plus and hour minimum for travel charge. So the movers showed up, had me loaded and moved in 2 hours. I was charged a minimum of 4 hours, plus the drive time. I tried several attempts to reach out to Bruno but he never returned my calls, and the one time I did get him on the phone, he told me he was to busy to sp... read more
