Called this place a bunch of times since I was given the number from my child’s school and ABA clinic. One day someone finally answered (very unprofessionally) left me on hold for quite some time just for the person (seemed very surprised or confused about my call) to say they are no longer in service. You would think they wouldn’t use their home phone for a business. It was weird, the entire interaction. If anyone knows of another company, please share.
We must acknowledge the Awesomeness, Affordable, Responsibly, Compassion, that Ms. Bonnie has shared with our family. She is remarkable! We will recommend Go Transportation to any parent who’s in need of child transportation service. I felt very comfortable and confident with Ms. Bonnie picking up my kid, and dropping her off safely to me over the past year. Amazing service, always on time and very flexible! My son who has special needs loves Ms Bonnie the driver. She was very patient with him in the beginning and now he hugs her when he sees her!!! Which is incredible! We are so grateful for her! Totally recommend their services.
I have had the absolute best experience with this company! Bonnie and Tamika are amazing, caring, helpful and so attending to my son! They are always in time and always communicate and provide me with all of the information I need. My son is special needs an an eloper and it’s very hard to trust anyone but I am at ease finally and trust this company 100% !! I recommend them to any parents looking for a safe, reliable, excellent service!
The team goes above and beyond, they are extremely wonderful and great with my boys. The boys look forward to their ride to school with bonnie. I would highly recommend.
