We got a Kia EV9 from this dealership and initially had a good experience, but the after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. The charger that came with my vehicle broke, so I brought it in for a replacement. I was told it would take 4 weeks at most. Now it has been over 2 months, and nothing has been done. My experience with Kia of Renton has been one of the most serious breaches of trust I have ever experienced in a car purchase. During the purchase: I paid $1,450 for an oil change package I was told certain built-in vehicle features would not work without a third-party app, so I paid $1,650 extra That alone totals $3,100. Additionally: In the original documents, my trade-in value was listed as $3,500. However, in the new documents I was later asked to sign, it was reduced to $3,000 — a $500 loss. My service guy, Kenny, was very professional and personable! The only reason i'm not giving 5 stars is because the first time I dropped off my car last week, they had it all day but work was never done on it. But they got me in today, got the work done faster than I expected, no surprise charges, and they even gave me rides to/from my home! I'm very happy with the service!
