Dorian in the service department is extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Explains Service recommendations in a clear manner doesn’t try to oversell. Enjoyable to work with.
My service guy, Kenny, was very professional and personable! The only reason i'm not giving 5 stars is because the first time I dropped off my car last week, they had it all day but work was never done on it. But they got me in today, got the work done faster than I expected, no surprise charges, and they even gave me rides to/from my home! I'm very happy with the service!
We were greeted today by Service Advisor Caiden Summers....he was very friendly, professional and efficient. When I asked how long our oil change would take we were advised of an approximate wait time, but to our surprise it took less time!! I was amazed that they were able to do the oil change, top off all fluids and put air in our tires in less than an hour!! It was the fastest service appointment we ever had!! I had a terrible experience at Go Kia Renton. I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance and dealt with an advisor named Caiden. He was incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. Even though I was previously promised a loaner vehicle for service appointments, Caiden refused to provide one. First, he claimed loaners were only for "high-cost" services, and then he changed his excuse to saying they didn't have any left. I was left stranded to wait 5 hours on a workday. I had symptoms of a common EV6 issue that is covered under warranty. Ekam was able to provide a loaner car within 48 hours even though they had not completed the diagnosis. It was fixed quickly and Ekam was a pleasure to work with
