If you’re planning a visit and happen to wear a hijab, don’t bother. We were denied the chance to go go-karting because we wore a headscarf. The staff — particularly a red-headed kid named James working that day — flat-out refused to let us drive, citing “safety policy,” but made zero effort to offer any reasonable solution like a balaclava or a reasonable alternative. We enjoyed our time here The staff are friendly, you just hope your group doesn't have someone(s) who thinks they are competing for super licence points and ignore the no driving into you rules. Most people are just there for fun and safe driving. The manager was accommodating to swap groups so as to not cause any injuries. If you have your own driving hood I'd suggest taking it. But worth the money

If I could give zero stars, I would. The male staff at this go-kart place are unbelievably rude and unprofessional. From the moment we walked in, they acted like they were being inconvenienced by customers. Zero customer service skills, no sense of safety or guidance, and a clear attitude problem. They bark orders like drill sergeants, roll their eyes when you ask questions, and act like they’re too cool to do their jobs
