We provide in-home and private studio personal training, and nutrition coaching for high achievers who desire to be in the best shape of our lives. Our goal is to help motivated individuals go from average to athletic. We design creative programs that are time-efficient, effective and functional, meaning they translate directly to your daily needs.

As a personal trainer myself and a person who has had many trainers, I have a high amount of respect and completely love training with Rodney. His workouts are challenging but he knows how far to push. I'm the strongest I've ever been and the work we have done with conditioning has made me far more athletic overall. He is easy to talk to and is 100% focused on his clients during sessions. I would recommend him if you want to achieve any type of fitness goals.
Rodney knows the human body very well, and I believe that this enables him to offer the best training experience and produce good results.He is very pleasant and motivating, listens to all your concerns and needs and takes the time to get to know your body and what works best for you to get you those results.
