This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. I feel so incredibly betrayed by the way the owner conducted himself. He quoted me originally 5,000 for a bathtub install. He then sent an invoice for 6,500 (in October) for the job. When I asked about the high price, he said that was the highest possible end of the quote. He said to secure the job that I would pay 10% down, 40% first day of work, and 50% after the job was completed. I send the $650 deposit in October and we scheduled the install March 11th. First review: The GO Handy Man tech was on time, professional and did a great job. I needed some work in recessed light fixtures and now better vent and he came with everything he needed and got the job done in less than an hour. This was the best experience with a handyman service I've had in years.

Unprofessional and not trustworthy. If you say anything to them about not wanting to work with them again, they’ll talk down about the other handymen in the area. They don’t respect your time and will show up hours later. They don’t bring any proper supplies, don’t clean up after themselves, and demand more money for half the work. Look elsewhere.

I recently hired this handyman to help with some home renovations, but I was left quite disappointed with the overall experience. Firstly, the handyman didn't complete the full scope of work we agreed upon. He made excuses and refused to remove the countertop and kitchen sink, which was a major inconvenience. These two handymen were a major disappointment. They didn't have the right supplies, didn't help with disposal, and charged extra for everything. Definitely NOT the professionals you want to hire.
