I have called multiple times to get a quote for a sealed window replacement, I had to go through the AI answering service and give the same information over and over and finally got a text asking me to call back to discuss my inquiry. I call the number and only get the AI answering service again which is not helpful at all. This is so extremely irritating and as I am not able to speak to a human I am looking elsewhere for window services.

These guys did a fantastic job replacing the windows on my previous home over 14 years ago, so I knew when I ran into issues with water leaking during the recent heavy rainfall they were the ones to call. Rob was able to send someone out quickly for an estimate, with the repairs done shortly thereafter. A great company that takes pride in their work (which, in my experience, is becoming a rarity in Calgary). I won't hesitate to call them again the next time I have any issues.
