No one ever answers your calls. They say they are open from 9am till 5pm but no one is there anytime throughout the week.
Staff was very friendly. The storage unit was clean when we moved our stuff in. We didn't have renters insurance however, and some of our things were damaged by mice. That's on us for skimming the contract. Overall, not a bad place if you need quick storage.
The front desk lady is very kinda and ready to help resolve any issues.
