AWFUL! Avoid at ALL COST. Degenerates, unresponsive, liars. At times, they've gone months without picking up my trash, at times they've left trash all over my front yard, most recently, I decided to pay extra for another bin (and YES they charged me)...guess what? I NEVER RECEIVED THE BIN! Similarly, I paid for twice a week pick up last year, guess what? They never picked up! TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!
They do not pick up the trash regularly. They’ve missed pickups multiple weeks.
I have been an ongoing customer for the last few years and am very happy with the service. Whenever I have called I received great customer service, pleasant and most accommodating. I highly recommend Go Green Sanitation.
I would not recommend signing with Go Green. There are several other companies out there with far better customer service and billing practices. The drivers themselves seem hardworking and professional, I rarely had issues with them. Most of my frustrations have been with management and the office staff. From the beginning, dealing with this company has been a constant headache. I repeatedly asked to be notified before charges were processed, but that never happened.
