They didn’t picked my garbage for two weeks, was calling almost every day, their excuse was snow on driveway, but that was a couple of days, so i kept calling and then they said i wasn’t paying back door service, so i told them their sells person never told me that, so cancelled the service. When the came to get the garbage pail the dump the garbage on driveway 🤦♂️
They never show up. Signed up this past November and have had to call TWENTY times since then because they don't show up. Randomly change pickup days. Called this afternoon because they didn't come, was told the driver was still out (3:30pm). Called again at 5:30pm and was told driver done for the day. No explanation. Asked to speak to a higher up. Was told they are very busy. Cancelling. Pay a little more for reliable pickup. The headache is not worth it.

I signed up with Go Green Sanitation a couple of months ago, and I can honestly say their service has been nothing short of amazing. My driver is always on time, professional, and goes above and beyond every single week. It’s so refreshing to have someone who truly cares about doing a great job.
