Don’t use this company. We had to use them via Sears Warranty. They don’t return calls in a timely manner. They overcharge for parts not covered. They are unhelpful and unprofessional.
Unprofessional plumber DO NOT USE THEM I don't know if he was having a bad day but he doesn't know how to explain things to people having work done. He might've overwhelmed with the amount of work involved and for someone who's been in the business for years, I don't know why he couldn't fix a leak. He had such a thick accent that no matter how I tried to understand him it was just impossible. He blamed me for not having a water softener and if we had one we wouldn't have this problem.
