Owner not professional whatsoever. Owner untrustworthy. Store location very poor, tried to upsell my grandpa on an e bike and take advantage of his Alzheimer’s. Prices are not great either. Please look elsewhere for your e bike and e bike needs

I bought a new T3 and it is junk. It was supposed to go 32 kmh and a distance of 40 km. The speedometer said it was going 30 kmh but the speed thing on the street that checks how fast cars are going said I was going 27 kmh and the battery died quickly and I got to about 15 km. I brought it back twice because it wasn't up to par and it was going really slow. Each time they said they fixed it. However, they didn't fix anything because the results were the same.
