i had a big carpet cleaning job because our puppy had spent a lot of time potty training on the carpets. after gregory checked out the rooms, he explained there was quite a bit of urine damage and that he would do his best, but sometimes replacement is needed. i asked him to give it a try anyway. amazingly, the smell disappeared and there were no stains left on the carpets! i really appreciate their honest advice and the great quality of their work. i definitely recommend their carpet cleaning services!
since we recently moved, we needed the carpets in our old house cleaned before putting it up for sale. my office carpet had a few coffee stains that needed special attention. our realtor suggested someone but they weren't available soon enough. then, we got mason's number and he fit us in quickly. he managed to get all the stains out and even came back the next day to double-check that nothing was left behind in the carpet padding. really happy with the service and how clean everything looks now.
