If I could give the business 10 stars, I would! Mike helped me almost 10 years ago.. and he came to my rescue again!! This time I called him at 9:30pm on a Friday night after breaking bottled glass on the living room floor, excepting to leave a vm in hopes he could come out Saturday morning. He answered his phone, I explained what happened and told him my concern was my little girl and the dog picking up shards of glass in their feet. I called Mike after purchasing a house with very neglected carpets and he was at the house later that day to give an estimate. Next day, he was there and did and amazing job. Got out multiple mystery stains, tons of dirt, and funky smells. Transformed a dingy tanish brown carpet back to a soft and fluffy cream white carpet. Very much appreciate how thorough he was.
