My parents have a larger house and it was in need. Mike did an extremely great job, clean carpets that smell so fresh and look great! He is a kind considerate guy with impeccable customer service. I would hire him over and over again!!! Thanks Mike you are one in a million!!!
I called at 4:30 in the afternoon to ask about pet odor removal and Mike offered to come right over and give me an estimate He was also available to do the carpet that same evening. It was wonderful that he was available on the spot and to work after hours to help us with our problem. He was up front about the odor of cat urine being set in and that the cleaning might not work if it was set into the sub floor. No false expectations and very honest. Not only did they answer the first call, but they actually showed up and got the job done all on the same day which is a unicorn in this town. Used top of the line equipment and got all the stains (pets and toddler) out of the carpet, all for a great price. Definitely will be a regular customer for now on!
Giving birth in a week and needed the carpet deep cleaned ASAP. After getting a couple high quotes, I saw their van and gave them a call. Mike came over right away, gave us a good quote that didn’t break the budget, and got the job done all in the same day. Now we have a nice clean living room for family time. Thank you Mike!
Mike and his son are such wonderful people! We just had our carpets cleaned this morning, and they look great! Our older carpet has been brought back to life. We have 4 pets, and thanks to Mike and his son, you can no longer tell. It was such a pleasure having them clean our carpets. They’re very kind, and really seem to care. That’s rare these days.
