My daughters GREAT DANE had hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, which means bloody diarrhea and bloody throw up. My daughter cleaned up the top mess and did use a home carpet cleaner to try and lift the blood out of the carpet. There were still signs of a disaster and we called and asked if they responded to emergencies,( I wasn't sure if not treating the carpet immediately would be a problem and I didn't want to have to replace the carpet.) After installing travertine in part of our living room we needed to have our carpet re-attached and finished up to the new tile flooring. The tile installation had raised a lot of dust, so we also wanted the carpet cleaned. Cleaned carpet in two upstairs bedrooms and hallway, staircase. Cleaned 8x10 area rug. Cleaned two sofas. Cleaned grout in approx. 280 square foot room plus upstairs and downstairs bathroom floors. We've used Go green carpet cleaners twice now and we've been very pleased. They've been on time, professional, and friendly. We used them first soon after we moved into the new house, and again 2 years later after 1 dog and 2 toddlers did their best to destroy them. They removed all kinds of dirt and grime, and the carpet looks great. We will definitely use them again!
