Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Go Green Carpet Clean :-( I provided photos of the couch in advance for a quote, and also communicated that I had a time-sensitive appointment—however, the cleaner still arrived late and initially said they weren’t sure they even had time to do the job. In hindsight, I probably should have called it off then, but instead rearranged my day and the cleaning appointment went ahead.
