While preparing for a ride, I dropped my headlight and it shattered. I rode mountain bike over to the shop and Mark sold me and new one and installed it. He didn't oversell me and try to get me to buy the most expensive one. He helped me figure out what I needed. Nothing spectacular about it. But, what I got out of that was I found someone I could TRUST! Since that time he got me a GREAT deal on my first road bike and set it up for me. This place is first rate. I bought a great ebike from them like 2 years ago and I needed to get something serviced by Bosch and I called them up and Marc spent like 10 minutes digging up my proof of purchase from two years ago and emailed it to me. This is the kind of community bike store you want to buy from.
