I lost 3 packages with this company. Because the delivery men don't bother to leave the packages at the apartment number, they just leave them wherever they feel like, i.e., in unsafe places.
Drivers lie about undeliverable packages not sure if it's laziness or what. I live off a state highway on paved road easy access. Semi's can make it here but not these drivers customer service just ignores you and you're stuck with no delivery no package no one cares!!!!!
This slander due to GOFO Express being so terrible is hilarious. Leaving a 5 star review to help offset it. Sorry about the unfortunate name choice GOGO Express.
Those who need to call please read the company name carefully, it is GOGO!!!, not GOFO!!!
