I had my windshield replaced through GO Glass LLC on Tuesday. They were very quick to reach out after my insurance company sent them the claim, and my appointment was scheduled for just a couple days later. Two gentlemen came within the appt window to replace the windshield. The tech was very friendly and the service was done quickly. The service from this family-owned company was nothing short of exceptional! They came to our home, replaced my windshield, calibrated the camera, and even took the time to explain every step to my six-year-old son who was absolutely enthralled. I can’t recommend them enough. Great value efficient and very professional.
I had Abner come out from Go Glass and had a great experience. They were professional and kind. Arrived on time and was in and out in less than an hour. I called and received same day service after dealing with Safelight all week which was not a good experience. I am so glad I switched over to Go Glass. They gave me helpful advice on the care of my new windshield as well. I highly recommend them and would call them again!!! Oh, and they actually answer their own phones, no infobot system!!
Had a great experience with Abdiel and his team. We needed a new cowl panel for our windshield and he quoted us a good price. The part was due in on a Friday, he scheduled us for first thing on Saturday. He knew we needed to take our truck out of town after the repair and he made sure his team had us in and out in just minutes. Definitely recommend!!
My experience with Go Glass was amazing. The care and professionalism they showed was amazing. My scheduled appointment was on time. My biggest concern was with the new technology and safety features in newer vehicles would I have any issues. They recalibrated my system and I happy to say that everything continues to work perfectly. I would recommend anyone looking to do business with them to do so.
