I came in to get a couple of rock chips fixed, and I am so impressed by the honesty here. I had a random chip appear out of nowhere and the technician took a close look and let me know the chip had actually been filled and repaired by a previous owner. Instead of taking my money and attempting a duplicate repair that wouldn't hold, he gave me a transparent assessment and advice on what he’d recommend in my shoes. I’ll be back for when my windshield cracks - thanks guys.

This was a horrible experience. I had 2 vehicles done. One was great. The other not so good. It was no noisy impossible to drive. I went back 3 times and they were not able to fix it. The 3 third time I was told they would actually change the glass. But they did not. Same noise, same story. One comment was it is difficult on a Ford Edge. Anyway after a year I am still driving with duck tape around my window. I was still hoping they would honour their work. I ordered a new window yesterday.
