I have been coming here for 2 years. I love small gym, family feel.i would not trade it for any big corporation gyms. Great people work here. Recommend to everyone.
I have been seeing Christian, one of the trainers here, for about a year and a half. He is so encouraging and has helped me immensely. I was seriously out of shape when I started and now I feel like I am stronger than I have been at any point in my life and I am 47 years old. All the other staff and other members are so friendly as well. It is really like a family. I highly recommend giving it a try.
