I was not going to write this, but after talking to friends of the owners, also being a local and friends telling me I should let you know. I had my hair done a few times. Both extensions and hair colour. I use to love going there as your old manager was so happy and positive. I tried a few hairdressers until finally getting the new manager. I debated on posting a review because the lady that did my hair yesterday was so nice but I feel like if you going to get $90 brands done you should know how they're going to look which overall aren't awful but if you've gone and got them done anywhere like Sea World where the bundle is slowly added in peases to give it a more natural look, here they split the bundle in half and all at once braid it in the lady doing my hair also didn't really take as much time as I would have liked sectioning my hair for the braids, she jus... read more
I sat in hairdressers to listen to a lot of staff talking negative. My wife was so upset when she left the salon. She doesn’t have social media, but has asked me to do this. I also witnessed it.
These ladies are amazing. They are always positive and happy and do an amazing job! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
The new manager is rude, talks about old existing staff members in front of customers and I had the worst hair extensions twice that fell out within a week. Please bring back the old manager, she was happy and lovely. Will never go back again.
