I wouldn't recommend them.
We've dealt with other propane companies, but Ferrell is the worst by far. We bought a house with a full tank of propane from Ferrell. We have a 2700sqft house, but only a 200 gallon rented tank. The representative said I had to "prove" to them we needed a bigger tank even after the representative stated the tank was insufficient for the size of our home. We're a family of 5, the previous owner was a single woman. We just had a chimney fire so we can't supplement with our woodstove and we have 3 babies under 3 so we need to ... read more
