I was in need of a complete overhaul for furnace, water tank, thermostat and duct cleaning. Also needed AC as this house didn't have one. I initially contacted 2 other companies one (Calgary Air) who basically didn't really wanna do the job because it was "impossible". Another company JPS who quoted me $10K more.
