I am a very active adult and with that comes injuries and with aging also comes arthritis. Over many years I have needed PT treatment and none were as effective as Erika. She has a very keen understanding of body mechanics and as a result I have been given the right treatment plan with wonderful results. Back to pain free and good mobility. She was recommended to me by friends as the best and they were telling the truth.
Erika is effective and efficient. She scaffolds exercises in a way so that the exercises she gives you are catered to your individual strengths and needs. She is really attentive and it never feels like I am getting “cookie cutter” advice or exercises. I have been working with Erika now for about 10 years. She has helped me train for an ultra marathon, rock and ice climbing, snowboarding seasons and many other mountain adventures. She has also taught me many injury prevention exercises to keep me accountable. She understands my active lifestyle and gives me modifications as needed and sometimes tough love, which I need to keep myself in line. I would highly recommend and trust her to get you back to doing what you love.
