Very happy with my technician. He kept my appointment despite the weather and took care of everything that needed attention. I just moved into a new house and have noticed some mouse activity, so I really didn’t want to reschedule if I could help it. He also informed me about when to expect my follow-up visit. Jordan came out today for my scheduled service even though it had snowed and was very messy out. He was conscientious about tracking in any snow and made sure he serviced any spots inside that needed it as well as doing the outside.
Very polite and responsive service even under adverse conditions like snow!
