Needed to find the tea strainer I goody gifted to my friend - as she loved mine … got right online to find a replacement for myself … as I bought it on my travels. I can’t rate Go For Zeros customer service highly enough! I had a parcel delivered to the wrong address by Australia Post right before Christmas and right through the festive period Go For Zero were following up with Australia Post and keeping me informed of the progress. When they weren’t satisfied with how quickly Australia Post were dealing with it they reshipped me a new parcel. They have been amazing and are a great company to deal with. Also their products are awesome :)
I have been buying from this business since 2020 when i started low waste/tox free, and everytime has been awesome. Love the business ethos, the customer service is fantastic (recently they handled something very well with me!) and the products are great for the environment and thoroughly researched as toxin free which is great for my allergies. I also sometimes get free gifts and a note on the box with my purchase and that's a great treat. Also the recycling option is fantastic as they offer very specific recycling streams ... read more
