Love this program! The staff is awesome and very helpful. I am relearning how to eat and have lost over 40lbs since July. My hubby calls me the incredible shrinking woman. I will stick to this until I reach my goal and then keep it off for the first time in my life. Go Figure is the only program I have ever tried that I feel can change my outlook on eating permanently.
