Pumping a septic system tank is not a love thing. They do a good job. Done for a few years.
They either have no clue how to run a business or they simply don't want your business maybe even both because I've offered them work and they haven't got the decency to even return a call to say whether they're interested in the job or want to pass on it clearly not people persons
Very poor communication. Looked at my tank after the guy whizzed by without stopping to talk. I mean 10 feet from me. Anyway. The tank was not fully pumped out. No way. No follow up after several calls. No one answered 90% of the time.
Great, quick professional service would recommend to anyone. There was no wait for me, but it’s understandable if there is do to the fact that the owner is a full time excavation man. He does great work with the excavator as well.
No one seems to answer the phone. And if you leave a message they dont call back.
