She went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and simple. Her enthusiasm for her work and her willingness to help us in any way possible was absolutely outstanding. She is definitely an asset to the organization and go energy is lucky to have her on staff.
Although I had a bit of trouble getting in contact with someone, Ms. Lisa Colon saved the day. I was pressed for time and a bit disgruntled, but she was super professional and understanding of my needs. She went above and beyond to ensure my need was met (even called me back for a follow-up) and made sure that everything was taken care of.
