We had an eighth grade trip to DC that was planned for April 20’ that was cancelled due to Covid. Go Educational Tours kept all the money we paid even though they were unable to provide the service we paid for and agreed to and then they asked us to file an insurance claim with their insurance provider to receive reimbursement. Our school cancelled our trip because of Covid 19. The day before the schools were shut down in our state. Go Educational Tours will NOT refund our money. My daughter is a Senior. Her Senior year was ruined because of Covid and now we have pretty much lost money that we could use for college. I DO NOT recommend this company
