Made 5 appointments never turned up to any of them, wouldnt comit to a specified apointment time then bewildered and arrogant when you tell them not to call again!
This company cold called me and misled me to believe that Scottish Power out of contract rates are to increase significantly, they have totally told lies and mislead me. DO NOT USE THEM NOT
Cold-called my 89 year old dad and convinced him that his house needed "damp-proofing spray" despite them never having visited (and he lives nowhere near Manchester!). If I hadn't have happened to be about when they called back to get his details god only knows how much he'd have been scammed for. Vultures.
Cold called then kept changing appointment. Told them to leave it and not to bother which was followed by a call from an unknown number and a load of abuse. Steer clear at all costs
