The customer service here is terrible. The owners are rude and condescending towards customers. Businesses have an obligation to be professional to their customer and this business falls far short of professional standards.
I recently visited Go Easy in Bishop Arts and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During my visit, the attendants were unprofessional and dismissive. When I tried to address an issue, the interaction escalated and one of the staff members responded with a confrontational comment along the lines of, “What are you going to do about it?” The tone of the exchange felt unnecessarily hostile and made the situation uncomfortable.
