What an INCREDIBLE small business, run by truly GREAT humans! We wandered into Go Dutch Bikes looking for a "family bike" after my husband's inspiring visit to Amsterdam, and after biking recently clicked for my older one! The owner, Bas, was wonderfully knowledgeable, friendly and kind, helping us find a bike that would work for both my husband and I to share so that we could go on family adventures in the neighbourhood. Honestly, I have never had as great a shopping experience as I had at Go Dutch Bikes. The service from start to finish was beyond amazing . From finding the perfect bike - in my case the Oma bike , the customization to my fit and needs and then the best delivery ever! The team at Go Dutch bikes exceeded my expectations ! Great experience! Staff are informative without being pushy. Bike shopping seemed overwhelming at first but going in person we were provided enough options that met our families needs. Ultimately we found a new bike for our family adventures and couldn't be happier to support a local business.
Lovely people, amazing bike selection and so knowledgeable. They somehow resurrected my bike that lived in a box for two years! Bought bikes and serviced them here - would never go anywhere else in Toronto!
