New management and equipment are not all that. Had my monthly charge come out only for them to be closed to upgrade. When they opened back up had to pay even though I just got charged a week later charged again. Took forever to get a refund, and low and behold this month again got charged twice in a week. I will be canceling my monthly membership and going elsewhere. The only good thing about this is the employees who get the brunt of it all.
Signed up for monthly renewal. I regret that decision, doesn’t get your car clean. Tried to call several times and can’t get anyone to answer the phone to cancel the reoccurring charge monthly.
