I have been seeing Dr. David for the past six months. My headaches have greatly reduced and my mobility in my arm has improved. He listens to his patients and is flexible with his schedule to meet your needs.
The best way I can sum up my experience with Dr DeFries is: 1. I have way less pain. 2. I’ve been adjusted. 3. I’ve been educated. Number 3 is the most important. Temporary relief is amazing, but to have someone show you how to correct the behavior that causes discomfort is invaluable.
Absolutely incredible experience with Dr. DeFries! I reached out to Dr. DeFries when I couldn’t even get off of my couch due to intense back spasms. Through his perseverance, knowledge, and patience, I was able to stand and walk enough to be able to take care of my infant. He even left me with some exercises to try out after he left. I would recommend him to my best of friends and worst of enemies - he’s just that good. Thank you for giving me back my mobility, Dr. DeFries!
