On a hot Saturday afternoon, the restaurant was operating without air conditioning. The sanitation of this restaurant is very questionable. I noticed the staff cleaning and not changing the gloves before handling food. The quality of food was also poor with too much food coloring and stale onions. Paratha’s very frozen. We hired Go Chaatzz to cater our Sangeet, and we could not have been happier with their work! Anu and her team set up so many fun live stations, including dosas, sev puri, pani puri, and samosa chaat, and it was such a massive hit with all of our guests. Skip this place if you’re craving South Indian food. Waited 30 minutes only to get sour, tasteless dosa.
I ordered the Mysore masala dosa, and it was one of the worst dosas I’ve ever had. I’ve never seen or tasted a dosa like this before—not in a good way. The chutneys were equally disappointing. To make matters worse, I waited 25–30 minutes for the order. When I raised the issue, they didn’t offer a replacement or a refund. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
