I’ve been a subscription based user since this location opened. And this place used to be the best location hands down. Recently, they’ve changed the vacuum hose design and seem to always be plugged. The nozzle was also changed and just why. It was perfect. The towels used to be on a cart and now are distributed at every station, which are always empty, sending you to every station hoping to find a drying towel. I come here because it’s convenient and Blanco traffic sucks, but this place is the pits. Trash everywhere. The trash cans are always overflowing. Vacuum nozzles are broken or weak. There are towels available. When there are towels, there is trash inside the clean towels compartment. Today, there was a razor blade in the parking spot I was in. I’m done coming to this location after today. It’s poorly managed compared to other locations.

Does this place open at 7am like their operating hours suggest? No. As a membership customer who gets things done ahead of a work day it is frustrating to show up at 7:10 am only to see the gates closed but the workers sitting against their vehicles on their phones. If workers cannot arrive on time or ahead of time so that the place is open and operational when operating hours start then shift your hours to 7:30.
A pretty good car wash, be better if they swept or power washed outside the entrance and exit of the wash and swept the vacuuming area.. lots of debris, always feel I might get a flat tire because of this… high school kids work there, terrible work ethic, management should be better role models teach the kids to do better
