They charged my wife for 2 years after she canceled her membership and received a confirmation that her membership was canceled. She did not realize she was being charged because she opened up a membership for her new vehicle on a different card so she thought she was only being charged once. She went to talk to them in person and they would not submit the refund request with her standing there until she asked multiple times.
