Was unique in that the experience involved actual employees and the track that moved the vehicle. Upon pulling up to the bay, it would be beneficial if an employee communicated the process and what is expected of the customer during the process, as well as clearer direction while aligning the vehicle to effectively enter the tracks in the bay.
Great car wash. Very friendly and accommodating.
