I love coming to Go Wash. Im here every other day and the customer service at the Victor NY location is amazing. The only thing I would change is the dry time. Besides that I wouldn't change anything. Maybe better smelling air fresheners.
The washes were fine, but the customer service has been horrible. I had problems with the screen so the attendant came over to help. He indicated they were running a special for 2 months at the same price as a single wash. As it was around black Friday, I signed up. What they were actually selling is the monthly membership discount with the first 2 months at a discounted rate. Not the same thing.
