Because I changed vehicles I needed to notify them before going thru car wash.. Robbie assisted me in the conversion.. he was extremely professional and knowledgeable letting me know how much more Go Car Wash had to offer when you had your car washed there…obviously he likes dealing with the public….
I have been with Go Car Wash for years - the service at the Victor NY location has always been exceptional. Today I had to change my was service to a new vehicle. Matt’s help was so appreciated. Even though he was busy, he took the time to be sure the service was transferred correctly, even watching to be sure the code on my car was still valid. The Victor location is superior to other Rochester area Go locations!
Robbie helped us out and was very respectful and helped us understand each payment plan he deserves a raise.
Steven at Rowley location was a great help, he is very customer oriented!
Matt was great! He explained all of the options available to us! Matt and his team do a wonderful job making sure our cars are clean! We appreciate you all!
