If you have a full-size vehicle (i.e., F150, Suburban, etc), this car wash CANNOT accommodate your vehicle without damaging it! This is what the District Manager, Zoe, told me after their wash damaged my Ram 1500 TRX. This is after the employees there assured me it would be fine, and they insisted on pushing my truck into the tunnel by hand. They ripped my front license plate off and broke both of my side mirrors. Great Car wash took my truck thru the wash today and it left it looking great will definitely be back again soon. The customer service was amazing Dino and zoey were wonderful and very helpful
Showed up at 5:50 to just vacuum my driver floorboard after the beach. The attendant working told me “The vacuums are already off we close at 6. Have you never been here before??” Then proceeded to laugh about it with a coworker. I’ve used this location many many times and every time the attendants good (some could smile sometimes.) But this was out of line for customer service.
Price is right people are very kind
