Had great customer service from Jason, the manager. Without me even asking, he offered to wash my rubber cargo mat. Living in an apartment, it’s really difficult to find a water hose, so that simple, kind gesture honestly meant a lot to me. You never really know what someone might be going through, and this definitely brightened my day. Jason really takes ownership at this car wash and knows how to make customers want to come back.
