Every car wash ive gotten here was mediocre at best, but i just left after even asking to speak to the manager for the worst car wash ever. Halfway through their equipment wasn't even working. When I got through, there was still dirt and soap all over my car, which the manager and another employee saw and acknowledged. I asked for a refund so that I could just go hand wash my car, and they refused. All they would offer was to go through a second time (in a car wash that is not functioning properly).
