I pay for the top wash, Go Big Plus. I get service at the Cimarron Blvd and Everhart locations. I never get the full service wash I am paying for. I should be getting everything and there are always two or more stations which do not activate as I pass through. Since I am only getting basic service I tried to go online and change my plan to the basic wash. It does not appear they allow down grades of service plan on line. Got there right at opening. The team was outstanding. Extra details to pre-prrp going in and helpful at checking in!
$20 for a car wash and I got spots all over my vehicle. They wouldn’t run it back through what a rip off.
Great and reasonable priced but if you have a suv the back doesn’t get washed very good Stsff says they are not allowed to re-wash! Even if you go back around and show them. Rae K.
Membership is a good deal, especially in south Texas with all the salt in the air
