The car wash damaged my vehicle on the 2nd visit. I drive a 2021 Toyota Corolla that was nearly flawless. Damage was to the underside and side near the front left tire. It left a 2-3ft scrape in the exact spot where the machine moves the vehicle. If you drive a smaller vehicle similar to mine I strongly recommend avoiding car washes like this. Unfortunately I took the vehicle home before I noticed the damage so I am doubtful I will be compensated.
