I have been a Go Car WASH member for roughly 3 years. During my business travels, I will frequent the Canandaigua NY, Victor NY and Henrietta NY locations. The hands-on prewash service at Victor and Canandaigua is good to great, but Henreitta stinks. Very poor service. Over the past year, the employees at the Henrietta location have never used the hands-on brushes on my vehicle even when I have asked them to do so prior to entering the wash.
