We have been taking our SUV here since they opened. I have a rack on top. They have always disengaged the top rollers for me and my husband. Never had an issue. I go there today, pay and system automatically recognizes my car…since we’ve been there before. I pull up and they have all new staff apparently. I get stopped and told I can’t go through. Been A member Since Grand opening and I’ve had no issues with any of the workers , built a great relationship with most of them! even bring them food at times or drinks cause I know how busy it can get! Very respectful and helpful you get what you give! Tried bubble bath when they opened and it was the worse decision I’ve made jus went for the free stuff but right after came back to my local wash and got washed and cleaned up the right way with there go select package worth every dime !
