My stepdad had a membership and wanted to cancel, however, the amount of time it took to cancel this membership is ridiculous. He’s very dissatisfied. In addition, even after Tom’s it was canceled he continued to get charged. Then went on their website to cancel and that took additional time while still getting charged. Really ridiculous. I do not recommend anyone getting a membership at this car wash. Pay as you go if you must use them.
Alonzo provided outstanding customer service! He was very accommodating, friendly, and hardworking. He took the extra time to make sure my vehicle went through the car wash safely and smoothly. I also really appreciated the air freshener and wipes he gave me afterward. it was a thoughtful touch and a wonderful little goodie. Alonzo clearly takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond for his customers. Thank you, Alonzo, for making my visit such a great experience!
