Love the location it’s my old neighborhood, love the customer service the young lady at the touch screen was friendly and informed me of the services yall off and member plan. I only wash once a month is why I declined
Michael and the young man at the pay area were both extremely helpful. They put a smile on my face. The new GM was very kind and helpful. He was working extremely hard to make sure that every thing at the facility was in perfect condition.
I canceled here 5 months ago and they are STILL charging my card. Even though I dispute it every month I just don’t understand why yall keep charging me!!!
