While going through the carwash my car jumped the rails and I was hit by the car behind me. The carwash admitted fault, and I tried for a month to deal with them without involving insurance but when it became clear they are must stalling on me, I contacted my insurance. My car was repaired but the carwash has refused to cooperate with my insurance company, hanging up the phone when they call, etc. Horrible business practice and I can't believe they can get away with not doing the right thing.
