Braylon at the new Platte City location displayed exceptional customer service and was very helpful with seeing if I needed anything.
Don't lose your receipt! There offer for % off future washes is invalid without it. They could EASILY check charges and see your purchase. The wash itself is cheap. Won't clear bug residue and the pre-spray is only done on ONE side. Like the passenger side doesn't need it?
The attendants never use the bug spray when you’ve paid for it unless you ask them and never ever on the backs of the mirrors.
