The railing to guide tires through wash is off centered. I have informed several managers that have been there the last 2 years. This causes the right-side brushes NOT to clean. When I have time & remember, I'll ask the employee to brush the right side of my car before sending me through. Their scrubbing DOESN'T remove bird poop. I'm not sure if it's because they don't see it to scrub hard enough. Or maybe they figure the wash will remove it... But it doesn't.
Need to get longer vacuum hoses
I've never had any problems here , and they even let me run my rental car through the car wash...A fantastic crew that works there too...
