Not great... This was my first time at Go Car Wash. I was considering a membership but wanted to try it first. I bought the $10 wash and received about $5 worth of cleaning... The front of my car was still dirty with the remnants of bugs. It had just rained and that should have softened them up but there were still there. Then vacuum I chose had low suction. ANY car over 8 years old they will deny any damages they cause.
Worst carwash experience. Took my car for a quick wash (not even a month old) Noticed the scratches all over after getting out of the tunnel. The guy at the office watching Netflix was of no help, could barley process a thought. While the manager did the report, they concluded it was not their responsibility after accepting the equipment malfunctioned. Save your 20 bucks and the 1 hour wasted with incompetent personnel and just go somewhere else.
Manager was standing at the pedestal taking peoples cards and adding the options sold me the 15$ car wash knowing that the tire shine wasn’t functioning, I talked to the person by the office and he acted like it was my tough luck, I approached the manager and asked him why he sold me a car wash that knowingly wasn’t fully functional, and he told me not to get testy with him, he told me he would give me the tire shine to apply, I told him I payed for the service to have it applied that he needed to do it, attitude and curse w... read more
