I feel badly giving one star but when you go to cancel your membership, I feel like they should care enough to ask why. I went to this car wash for many years, even when it wa Rio and I can guarantee that every other wash I had a new scratch on my car. I take care of my car and I don’t know why it took me so long to say enough. It’s a great price and a great program, but not at the cost of damaging your car. And again shouldn’t be asked why

I have 2 monthly 20.00 passes with unlimited washes. Thanks 480.00 a year. The only problem I have with this car wash is they allow customer to come in off the street and they don’t get car washed and the allow them to use vacuum for free. I feel they should either install a gate w arm at the exits. That away they have to purchase a car wash to use vacuum for free. What a waste of $13! After waiting over 15 minutes to get into the wash (which is fine, it’s busy but better be a good wash), the entire back of my van wasn’t washed nor the underside of my car. Before going to the car wash, I took a school magnet off my car and you can clearly see all the dirt still around the spot. I’m pretty sure I was given the basic $5 wash without the upgrades too. Definitely not worth the time or money!
