Maranda Spears is a manager and she was rude and non caring during this pandemic. I've been billed for services that they are not offered! I am charged full price with no vacuum services! When I explained my situation I was told I should have went online to cancel serivces. Unbelievable no I'm sorry or empathy statement.

I went through the car wash and the wash broke off my XM shark fin off my car now saying not responible for damage!!
